Screwdriver Board Set
I love this item and it’s a quality item, but your customer service was terrible. The item was shipped but never received. When contacting customer service, they said a replacement would be shipped, but for an item that I never ordered. In trying to correct this, I was told another item I never ordered would be shipped! It was as though my original order was never looked at. I finally got the correct item reshipped and received, but it was a difficult process.
